A world where chronic stress, exhaustion, and overwhelm are so omnipresent that people often wear them as a badge of honor.

Frequently Asked Questions

Yes. While you do receive access to on-demand learning and self-care practices to supplement your healing journey if those resources appeal to you, there are options to be live in community every week. 

We offer various sessions each week so you can find what best works for you. Sessions are typically 30-45 minutes long and held at 8:45 AM, 10:15 AM or noon ET. The schedule is shared in advance so you can plan ahead. All calls are hosted on Zoom in ET and all are recorded so you have the ability to watch the replay. You can see our current schedule here

Life happens and missing calls happens. To get the best results, we recommend adding sessions to your calendar so you can attend live. However you have access to recordings and can still benefit from watching the replays. If you know that none of the typical times will work for your schedule but you know this is the right program for you, contact me at and we can look into adding a new session time slot to accommodate your schedule. 

We know that making a big commitment when you’re already overwhelmed can be a lot to take in. Our clients who achieve maximum benefits often work up to incorporating 30 minutes of self-care time per day which usually looks like meditation, journaling and/or movement, and also prioritize attending 1 group session per week. That said, we also recognize and firmly believe that ANY time you have to prioritize YOU is time well spent. 

At Strong By Nature, we value authenticity and it would not be in integrity if we were to say that we promise or guarantee any particular outcome because whether or not you show up for yourself in this coaching program is outside of our control. That said, we wholeheartedly believe that if you commit to yourself, if you prioritize attending the group calls, and if you approach this work with an open mind and open heart… you can completely transform your life and trade scarcity, exhaustion and overwhelm for peace, prosperity, and a life you love!

Everyone’s experience is different, however all current and past clients have noticed shifts in their first week of being in the program. Sometimes the shifts are small like just feeling a little lighter because they recognize that they aren’t alone. Or going to sleep a little easier and with a little less anxiety by utilizing one of our on-demand sleep meditations. Or feeling proud of themselves for maintaining a boundary. 

Everyone’s circumstances and experiences are different. There are some clients that join the membership knowing that they are only committing to 3 or 6 months from the beginning and take full advantage of every single resource that’s available. They have other support systems and communities in their life and feel comfortable transitioning out of the membership once they’ve gotten the jumpstart they needed. 

Other clients have remained in the program for years because they value the ongoing resources and enjoy being in a welcoming, judgement-free community. Some clients know that this investment is a non-negotiable in their budget and never want to leave. There are no judgements or expectations on how long you remain in the program. You can cancel your membership at any time by giving a 30-day notice. 

This is a month-to-month membership with no long-term contract. There are no refunds and all purchases are final. You are free to cancel your membership at any time with a 30-day written cancellation notice.
