Executive Coaching

1-on-1 Executive Coaching helps leaders and rising leaders improve efficiency, productivity, performance, confidence, communication skills and leadership abilities.

Coaching sessions are 30-90 minutes and engagements are typically 3-6 months. All sessions are done virtually.

Group Wellness Workshops

Group Wellness Workshops focus on resiliency, self-care, stress management, burnout, and healthy habits and can be tailored to the specific needs of your organization.

Workshops are typically 1-4 hours and can be done as a one-time event or on a recurring basis, virtually or in-person. 

Yoga and Meditation Classes

Group Yoga and Meditation Classes are designed to help increase focus, productivity, and efficiency, while reducing the risks of unmanaged stress, burnout and anxiety.

Classes are typically 20-60 minutes and can be done as a one-time event or on a recurring basis. Most sessions are offered virtually.

Owner & Founder, Strong By Nature​

Larisa Harrington, PCC, C-IAYT, is an Executive Coach, Wellness Strategist, Certified Yoga Therapist and 20-year Air Force retiree with over 2 decades of experience in the health and wellness field.

Larisa began her military career in the intelligence field and then transitioned to an employee assistance role teaching leadership, well-being and resiliency to both military and civilians supporting the NSA until retiring in 2017.
Additionally, while serving in the military, she started her own coaching and wellness company, Strong By Nature, LLC.

Larisa offers virtual workshops, coaching and yoga classes, all focused on the mental, physical, spiritual and emotional health and well-being of her clients. She teaches individuals and organizations tools and skills to support their professional and personal goals and well-being. For over 20 years, Larisa has been dedicated to providing a non-judgmental and supportive environment for her clients to experience their own growth, development and holistic well-being.
