What you’ll get in your 6-month Holistic Well-Being Program:
At the start of your program, you’ll complete an assessment to discover how satisfied and fulfilled you are in each of the 9 areas of focus.
Following your assessment, you’ll receive a 1:1 strategy session to help you create a plan of action to support you in whatever area(s) you’re focusing on and create a schedule that fits into your life.
Each week you’ll have the option to attend live sessions, plus have access to our More of What Matters on-demand course where you get resources for each of the 9 areas of focus that you can complete at your own pace.

Mind-Body Medicine Healing Sessions:
Group experiences where you can start acknowledging, healing, and addressing the deeply rooted inner beliefs that are keeping you from a life you love.
Focus & Align Clarity Sessions:
Visualization and accountability sessions to help you get clear about what you want so you move forward with clarity and alignment and create the life of your dreams.
Masterclasses:
Trainings on topics supporting the 9 areas of focus (mental health, emotional intelligence, mindful movement, nutrition, sleep, fun, relationships, purpose, money mindset).
Yoga & Strength Sessions:
Trauma-informed and accessible yoga and functional strength sessions to help improve your strength, mobility and stability while supporting your overall health and well-being.
Q & A
Small-group Q & A sessions where you can get individualized support and guidance.
