Plus, you’ll receive access to our on-demand library with hundreds of yoga, meditation and strength classes ranging from 5 to 75 minutes. Using our search option, you can find exactly what you need, when you need it.
You’ll also have access to our various live yoga and strength sessions offered each month. Sessions are suitable for beginners, people who think they can’t meditate or practice yoga, and experienced practitioners!
In our 3-month Mindful Movement Program, you’ll get access to all of the above, plus two 1:1 sessions that can be used at any time during the 3-month program, and access to our Calm Amidst the Chaos nervous system regulation course. At the end of your 3-month program, you’ll be automatically enrolled in the monthly membership so you can maintain access to all of the benefits!
