1-Day Mindfulness Retreat with Cliff Kayser and Larisa Harrington

10 December 2022, 10 am – 6 pm ET in Berkley Springs, West Virginia

Your retreat includes a day of slowing down, learning and connecting in the beautiful mountains of West Virginia.

During this day-long small-group retreat, you will:

  • Complete a self-assessment to help you gain a better understanding of where you are with your health, work and relationships
  • Learn and practice different mindfulness strategies
  • Create high-leverage action steps to immediately put into action.
