Italy Retreat

Our Coastal Harmony retreat is an immersive retreat in Italy for leaders and entrepreneurs. It blends wellness, personal growth, and cultural exploration, allowing you to slow down, rejuvenate & connect with yourself, nature & other purpose-driven professionals in a luxury villa on the Amalfi coast.

VIP add-on in Rome 1-4 October

1 Oct: arrive in Rome

2 Oct: VIP coaching & walking tour of Rome

3 Oct: Guided Tours of Vatican & Colloseum

4 Oct: leave at 10 am for drive to Sorrento

All others arrive in Rome or Naples & transfer to Sorrento villa

5 Oct: welcome ceremony & pm retreat activities

6 Oct: am cooking class & pm retreat activities

7 Oct: am free time- shopping, resting, or Path of the Gods hiking tour & pm retreat activities

8 Oct: Capri boat tour & pm retreat activities

9 Oct: guided tour of Pompeii & Mt Vesuvius

10 Oct: am closing ceremony & pm free time (or travel to airport hotel if early am flight)

11 Oct: 10 am checkout

Notes: Each day will include gentle yoga or hiking. All participants must be moderately fit and able to walk up to 10,000 steps per day on stairs and uneven surfaces.

Price includes 2 meals daily, accommodations, guided tours, and retreat activities. Price does NOT include airfare or airport transfers.
