After registration, you will receive 30-days access to:

  • Ongoing community, accountability and support

To win your FREE private yoga or coaching sessions, complete the following:

  • 3 live or recorded meditation sessions (meditations are 8-15 minutes each)
  • 3 live or recorded yoga or strength sessions (classes are 30-60 minutes each)
  • Daily self-care activity (minimum of 5 minutes per day)
  • Post progress on social media and tag Larisa Harrington or Strong By Nature Wellness at least once per week
