"Meditation has been key in unlocking a lot of inner feelings and thoughts for me over the past several months. It hasn’t always been the typical “listen to someone talk for several minutes” mediation that most people think about when they think about the word meditation. Larisa has walked me through so many different types of meditation from counting breaths to speaking mantras to co-meditations and each one has helped me in their own way. The best part...they only take anywhere from 5-15 minutes, and I swear those minutes are worth more than what I could get out of any hour long therapy session.."

"Before working with Larisa, I very much related meditating to something you only do when you’re doing yoga or something that would just make me fall asleep. I also thought I needed to carve out at least 30 minutes to do it, so I really never gave it much of a chance because I didn’t think it would fit into my chaotic lifestyle. Little did I know, my chaotic lifestyle is exactly why I needed to practice meditation. In 8 short minutes, I would feel more refreshed, more energized, and much less anxious. I could easily shut my door at work or sit in the bathroom even and get in a quick meditation. After only a few times meditating, I started to consciously take the time to stop and meditate because I knew how much better I felt after."

"I always thought I couldn’t meditate. I had previously tried numerous times over the years and had always failed. Or I thought I failed because whenever I tried to quiet my mind, I would have so many thoughts come up and even MORE anxiety than before meditating. I had tried therapy and medication but I was still struggling and had heard that Larisa’s meditations were different. Despite thinking that I would never enjoy or be successful at meditating, I decided to try again. What I immediately noticed with Larisa’s guided meditation was that I didn’t feel like a failure. And the language she used was so inviting that I never felt like I was doing it wrong. I still had A LOT of thoughts but I was able to observe them without spiraling. After my first one, I actually felt a little calmer and each one I did got easier and easier. It helped relieve anxiety in the moment and I started being able to use the breathing techniques to relieve my anxiety throughout the day. I had more awareness of when anxiety was creeping in and I actually had tools to use to help keep my anxiety from taking over. I still do one of Larisa’s guided meditations every day because I enjoy the different focus areas but I am also proud of myself for being able to meditate on my own."

"I'm so grateful that Larisa was able to help me FINALLY make meditation a daily priority because it has had a really positive impact in my life. I emphasize FINALLY because I always "tried" to meditate before "because it's good for you." And usually, I walked away feeling pretty crappy afterward because my thoughts would race, I couldn't sit still, and sometimes the process would just make me anxious so I wouldn’t stick with it. It’s not that I magically don’t get distracted anymore, but Larisa has taught me how to manage that in a way that doesn’t derail me… which is great because this practice really carries over into other areas of my life.
