Strong By Nature Class Offerings

Gentle Yoga

Gentle Yoga offers gentle stretches and breathing practices to help relieve mental, physical and emotional stress and tension. This class is suitable for all levels and can be done in a chair or on the floor. The focus of this class is on resting and restoring the body and mind.

Recommended: yoga blocks, water

Mindful Movement

Mindful Movement combines self-massage with small therapy balls and a foam roller, with strengthening and stretching exercises. Class involves lying, kneeling and standing strength and stretching exercises for the whole body. Adaptations and variations are offered however the class moves quickly and may not be suitable for everyone. Movement examples include planks, squats, push-ups, sit-ups, and standing balance exercises.

 massage balls and foam roller 

M3

M3 is a 20-30 minute class for busy professionals combining Movement, Meditation and Manifestation. M3 consists of a short stress-relieving guided meditation, gentle stretches to release tension and tightness in the back, neck and shoulders, and a visualization practice focusing on your goals. This class can be done seated in a chair, on the ground or from bed and is the perfect way to start your day or as a mid-day break.

Focus & Align

Focus and Align begins with a visualization practice to help you get clarity on the life of your dreams. Each session focuses on a different area of your life, such as relationships, self-care, boundaries, communication, finances, health, etc. You are then guided to create a short and simple action plan to bring you one step closer to living your best life. You are then invited to go into a small breakout room to share your goals to support you with holding yourself accountable.
