Adrian (Addy) Waters is a Yoga Instructor and Wellness Coach, passionate about serving others and helping them feel confident and strong.
Addy has been teaching yoga since 2014 and is a 200-hr registered yoga instructor (and currently finishing her 300-hr yoga teacher training). She believes that yoga is the mind and body’s journey to uncovering your true soul and authentic self. Addy has served in the Air Force since 2014 as a Cyberspace Operation Officer and has instructed yoga classes all over the world.
Addy is known for her authentic, fun, and non-judgmental teaching style, underscoring the principle that yoga is for everyone. Her classes are available to all levels and bodies. She advocates teaching yoga beyond the poses; she loves introducing and helping her clients uncover yoga’s ethical and philosophical principles to incorporate in their personal practices. Addy teaches a variety of teaching styles; she specialized in slow flow and vinyasa classes. In her classes, she loves to bring fun and inspirational energy to her students to help them feel comfortable in their practice to leave the mat feeling refreshed and showing up into the world as their authentic selves.
