One of our clients was recently dealing with some serious burnout…burnout comes out of nowhere when our heads are buried in the sand aka all the “to-do’s” and we’re not listening to our bodies. 

For this particular client, they were without any local family and few friends to call on for help and it was becoming increasingly difficult to try to do everything like:

  • Give 100% to a job they weren’t even that passionate about anymore.
  • Give 100% to their 3 toddlers.
  • Give 100% to their spouse.

When you looked at everything on their plate, they had 0% leftover to take care of themself. It came as no surprise that burnout came to the forefront.

They felt alone, frustrated, exhausted, and stuck. They were going through the motions instead of truly living, loving, and enjoying life. And the worst part, they weren’t sure how to get things back on track so they could be the purpose-driven person, parent, and spouse they wanted to be.
