The truth is, sometimes you strive so hard to seem like you have it all together on the surface, but deep down inside you feel like you can barely keep your head above water.

Stop burnout before it sets in
First and foremost, your main goal should be to stop the habits and processes that you have put into place which cause burnout before it truly sets in. Just like in sports you want to prevent a stress fracture before it happens rather than treating a painful injury.

However, this may go deeper for you. This process will look different for every person. You may need a group of people who are on the same journey as you.
